Overview

Governance Reform at Continental Scale

ARDGI is ACDRM's flagship multi-country governance programme, a five-year, donor-funded initiative designed to strengthen the institutions, policies, and coordination systems that underpin disaster risk governance across Africa.

Delivered across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Senegal, the programme integrates governance support, leadership development, disaster risk intelligence, and climate resilience into a single, coherent reform agenda.
